The company stated that UAW members will vote on the new contracts. The deal includes a minimum 25% general wage increase over the four-year contract, with an immediate 10% pay raise upon ratification. Other benefits include cost-of-living adjustments, profit-sharing, improved job security, and health and safety benefits. The UAW has been focusing on organizing non-union U.S. plants of various automakers.
